Roganjosh

 

  • 300 g               Onions, thinly sliced and fried brown
  • Boiled tomato onion mix
  • ½ kg                Tomatoes
  • 200 g               Roughly chopped onions
  • 20 g                 Garlic
  • 1 tsp                Degi mirch
  •  Salt

 

Boil together till soft and grind fine.

 

  • 1 tbsp              Ginger garlic paste till golden
  • 1 tsp                Degi mirch
  • 2                      Cardamom, small
  • 1                      Cardamom, big without cover
  • 2 pcs                Tez patta
  • 1 stick              Dalchini
  • ½ tsp               Garam Masala

 

When fragrant add the boiled tomato onion paste. Then add the korma chunks. One whistle in the pressure cooker. When serving, garnish with fried onion rings.
