Mirch Masala Curry

 

  • 150 g               Classic bites
  • 50 g                 Cashew nuts
  • ¾ tbsp             Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp                Chili powder
  • ½ tsp               Coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • 300 gm            Boiled tomato and onion paste

 

Boil cashew nuts and grind into a thin paste. Fry ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, salt and sugar. To this, add the boiled tomato onion paste and cook for 5 minutes on a low fire. Add the classic bites, cook on a low flame for 5 minutes. Add the cashew nut paste and cook on a high fire for 2 minutes. Add 50 g butter. Finally, add a swirl of cream and serve.
