Korma Curry

  • 200 g               Oil
  • ½ tbsp             Red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp              Coriander powder
  • 200 g               Grd Tomatoes
  • 150 g               Fried browned onions grd to a paste
  • 1 tsp                Ginger garlic paste

 

Fry all ingredients together. Add 3 cloves seeds of 1 big elaichi and 1 stick dalchini. Fry till aromatic. Finally, add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp garam masala. Fry finally add the korma chunks and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with green coriander.
