Fried /Grilled Fillet

  • 500 g               Fillet
  • 90 g                 Yogurt
  • 13 g                 Oil
  • 4.5 g                Garlic paste
  • 3 g                   Ginger paste
  • 3 g                   Lemon juice
  • 6 g                   Besan
  • 2 g                   Salt
  • 2 g                   Coriander
  • 1 g                   Ajwain
  • 1 g                   Chili

 

Mix yogurt, oil, spices and besan. Spread this on the fillets. Marinate for 30 mins. Then either shallow fry or grill. (Please note that both processes should be quick as the fillet is cooked, all you are doing is setting the marinade)
